Searching for software - Help please!!

Hey everyone!!

This may sound weird, but i'm looking for some software where you can type words in, it will speak them back to you and you can save it as a sound file. Does anyone know of anything like this?

Something like the speech function on XP would be ideal, but you can't save those sounds as a sound file.
