Call waiting while online

Hey guys, does anyone knows of a program I can install in order to take calls while I'm online?
In other words, I use a dial up internet, with a regular 56K USrobotics modem. I have Call waiting option active on my home phone line. What I want is to be notified when a second calls comes in so I can take it while online.
