Is there any way to have Excel append the word "at" to the beginning of information I paste into a series of cells in a column?

Sounds simple enough, but I can't figure it out.

As it stands now, I have to manually add the word "at" to the beginning of every cell I paste into a particular column (the way we receive it does not have it already and it is needed for a larger program that this Excel sheet is a part if). No big deal to manually add if there are only a few, but I often have hundreds!

Any help? Please?

to use Sheet 2 of your workbook , with each row having the formula referring to Sheet1 , with the word "at" before it .

Then once all data pasted , copy the whole column and paste special values only , then you very quickly end up with "at" before every row of data , as if you had keyed it .
