VNC server problems

Greetings!

I have a problem with VNC and Windows terminal server. VNC server is running on a Windows 2003 Server and when someone connects to the computer using Remote Desktop then for some reason the VNC server always shuts down, so i cant log into the computer with VNC anymore. Can there anything be done to prevent VNC from shutting down?
