What program or software can I use

Hi. I hope you can suggest a program or software tha I can use. First of all I take photos of Little Ahletics doing avents like Long jump,100m run, high jump, javlin ECT,from under 6 to under 17 boys and girls. So I would like a program or software that will let me put a folder on the desk top like this (under 6 boys) then another folder (under 6 girls) so on and so on. Then when you clik on the (under 6 boys) folder it will open that folder and all the (under 6 boys) names will be visible and when thay clik on there names the photos that I have taken of them will be visible.

Right click on the desktop and bring up the menu. Choose "New Folder". Name it "girls". Do the same for "boys". Inside the folders you have created, make more folders and name them appropriately.
As TheFrog mentioned Picasa is also a fine program to organize and view photos.

You can even store them online so everyone can enjoy them. My wife & I use webshots and bytephoto to post pics.
