InstallShield Problem

I'm trying to install a piece of software with installshield but I keep getting the error "1611: Unable to extract the file <filename>".

This error occurs when a file compressed inside Setup.exe cannot be extracted. You have to make sure that there is sufficient disk space available in the Temp folder (or, if not, in the Windows or WinNT folder), and that Setup can write to those folders. However, I've deleted all the files in my TEMP folder...

Any ideas?

Well, judging by your wording, it would appear that you've already hit the first link searching for it using Google. Just carry on down that list of links, as that's what most of us here would do to troubleshoot the issue.
