No 'Spelling' option in Outlook Express 6

It seems like this option is not available....

Any suggestions? Is there a way to add features to Outlook, after installation?

In order to use the spelling check feature in Outlook Express you must have one of the following programs installed:

Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint

If you don't, the spelling feature is not available.
