Error when loading .exe, HELP!

When I run my .exe file it loads for a short amount of time. But before the program loads, I get an error message.

The following message is what I get when I look at the details of the windows error prompt:

AppName: steam.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.0 ModName: steamui.dll
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0008a37a

I have tried running this program with absolutly NO other programs or processes running, but it still gives me this same message! I have this same problem with other programs concerning a .dill file. So I'm sure that there is a problem with my system configuration or some issue that I'm not aware of.

Can anyone help me?!? This is killing me...

Have you tried reinstalling the program to see if it will install the missing dll (or reinstall it if it's corrupt)?

If you're getting lots of dll errors with different programs, it may be time to scan for viruses and spyware and remove any found.
