can't install game

Here's my situation. I installed neverwinter nights a while ago. Everything was fine. However, I recently had to re-intall windows because of problems. When I came back, the game folder was still in the C: drive, but it was not on the add/remove program on the control panel. Now the game still works but it crashes about 5 minutes into the game (the game worked fine before). So I try to re-install it, but when I put the first CD in, it says that I have to insert the "play" CD in (so I can't re-install the game) And I can't uninstall it either because it's not in the add/remove list and there is no uninstall icon in the game folder. Also, when I tried to put the folder in the recycle bin, that didn't work either. Can anyone help?

try totally re-formatting the hard drive--- it will erase all the info that was on it so you can start fresh--- back up anything such as the game saves/anything else you would want to keep before doing this


its done almost the same as re-installing

i have this game called ultimate 8 ball...when i pass the first part is says pool in only installable on systems running microsoft Windows 9x......i have no dang clue what that means... PLZ help ...i have a i have a windows xp if that helps
