XP, Geforce 5200 and Office 2003

I have all these on my pc, and I just recently upgraded to the graphics card (prior to, I had a Geforce 2). It now has messed up half my system, including the user accounts page, and my ability to use Office..... I ergo tried to clean install Office 2003, but no dice. It now says I have 'Microsoft' in my 'Documents and Settings' and could I please rename it and/or get rid of it before it installs. I have tried, to all avail, but I cannot. Help? (Quickly because otherwise I'll just do a clean install tomorrow).
