Mail to selections in Outlook 2000

Is it possible to mail to a selection of persons from the adressbook.

what i do:

1. open the contact
2. make selection
3. a number of persons appear (say 20)
4. i select them all
5. now i will sent a mail to all these persons

How to do this ?
