Double-Click Save Software?

there is a feature on MyIE2 web browser program that i like to know if there is any software with that feature: when you double-left click in top of a web photo (jpeg, jpg, bmp), it will automatically save it to the folder you specified in the options... my problem is that MyIE2 crashes everytime i use it... IE6 just use the Image Toolbar and you have to move the cursor to do that, consuming time when you need to save hundreds of pictures... so, my question:
there is any program (software) that will allow IE6 to save a photo directly to the specified folder with just a double-click with the mouse?
