MSN Messnger Virus..

I received a virus from a contact on MSN Messenger, I deleted the file immediately and restarted the computer, after that I had no problems..
But now (a few days later) I am getting messages from contacts that are saying I sent them a virus..

How do I stop this from happening??

I have run Norton a couple times, and it doesn't pick up anything.. I don't know the next step..

you must have the virus there somewhere for it to send from your address book, try Trendmicro Housecall apparently they have a fix for this new virus.
