having media player 10 prob

hello im having an issue with mp10 the volume slider wont stay put it keeps dropping to 0 if i let go of it with my mouse. unless im quick and click on a different window. been goin on for a little while. no virus's or adware/spyware run registry mech everythings clean

Just curious ........... do you have a stuck decrease volume control key on your keyboard? or something along that line?
