Office 2003 reinstall

Hello and Help
I am an MBA student at the University of Phoenix. I have been trying to install a program called MegaStat into excel as an add in. It never worked. I uninstalled office and tried to reinstall and now it is completely shutting me out

When i try and install it says it cannot locate this file
C:\Program Files\OfficeUpdate11\Cabs\512142\

Has anyone ever seen this or will i have to wipe my hard drive

Did you go back and check your "add & remove" programs for any referance to this? May have to scroll down the list and browse through the Microsoft updates portion.
