Outlook 2002 - Add Email Acct to Outlook Bar?

I've just added an email account and can't figure out how to add it to the Outlook Bar. When I right click on the bar and select Outlook Bar Shortcut, I'm not sure where to find the email account.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.
