How to allow access to a software???

I work in a computer lab, and all the computers have one "Biology" software installed in it. The students were using it fine last week, but now everytime someone tries to use it, the computer gives a message saying "Access Denied". is there anyway I can enable access to all the users.

Is it a networking error, or an error produced specifically by the software you are trying to run?

If it's the latter, it could be some rights management feature written into the software with regards to how many licenses you have. Nothing much we can help you with there.

If it is networking, you need to recheck the permissions on the PC which has the software shared up.
