Outlook 2003 With Hotmail And Yahoo

Hello!!!!! Please there is anybody that can help me to configure the Outlook 2003 with hotmail and yahoo accounts?
i succed with AOL.
but i can not send o read any e-mails with Outlook using hotmail o yahoo accounts!!!
i heard yahoo can not support outlook now. thats true?

so please if there is anybody can help me? I REALLY WILL APPRECIATE IT!!!

i researched the web and tried many options and nothing.

i just need the help of somebody that uses outlook and have a proven config,
