But I noticed that it only downloaded the homepage of the website and some graphics on it but didn't download other *.htm(s).

I saw that the trial version (which I guess is the one you downloaded) is "fully functional (but capacity-limited) copy of the program" and "you can then register the program, which removes all program limitations and lets you use the program as often and as much as you like."

I'm betting the "capacity-limited" and the "program limitations" of the free trial version are the problem. If not, have you tried poking around in the program's options to see if it needs any further configuration to retrieve an entire site?
