TC Card to Pocket PC

I’m wondering if at the moment there is anything which will stream live video from my TV card to my pocket PC via a wireless connection.

This would allow me to view TV in any room in my house via my pocket PC. Anybody any ideas.

I can of course already view anything recorded on my PC over a wireless network connection.
