Saving a .smi file

Hi all,
I would like to save a .smi file (its location is http://boss.2.streamos.com/real/2/dr..._fryingpan.smi and it appears that it can only be viewed in Real Player) to my computer and then convert it to .wmv or .mpeg so I can use it in Power Point presentation.

Any help would be great.
Thanks.

-Will
