Plz help me iam not able to delete a video file from my pc it is in the mydocuments. plz help me

I have had this happen, try opening your My Documents folder and with the window set at half screen, drag the file from your Documents folder on to your desktop and drag it on top of your trash can icon. It should now be in your recycle bin and you can delete it. If it has files that another program is using it won't delete. Although, a video file shouldn't do that, but you didn't state what kind of video file it was. If you downloaded it into some player's library files it could be the player that is using the file. Delete the library file first from the player.

thank u very much for the reply, its a english movie of 1.37gb, thats way i want to delete. but its not deleting from original place. just copiing to desktop and from there its deleting, but original file remaining at same place
plz help me

The size would make a difference. I'm on a win98SE, if you right click on the recycle bin and the click properties it brings up a window that gives you the options to increase the size of your recycle bin, also, for this size, you may have to choose ( do not move files to recycle bin, remove files immediately.)
I think that should work, never tried one so large, don't forget to set it back to its original setting. If you don't, you won't be able to restore from the recycle bin.
