sims triple deluxe

Hi there

I bought the sims triple deluxe pack for my girlfriend. When i installed it the expansion packs are not showing as installed. Sometimes you cant save the games either. The game runs as normal in the standard sims mode.

My pc is running xp pro (sp2) on an intell p4 3.4 if thats any relevance.

check the manual if you installed correctly, with sims you have to install normal sims first and then you have to install the add-ons
