multiple "Outlook Today" personal folders

I just installed earthlink spamblocker and when I open up Outlook XP I have 5 Outlook Today's that appear in my folder list. How do I get rid of 4 of them? When I right click on them the close option is greyed out. Earthlink is of no help.
