PowerPoint to Flash conversion help request...

I have a website that has two PowerPoint files for visitors to download. www.BeReallyFree.com The problem is that these files are huge. I'm told that they can be converted to a Flash medium for faster download time and easy viewing. Can anyone help me with this? I'm not much of a techie and would be pleased if someone has done this and can do it for me!

I also have 2 very large PowerPoint shows on my website. I used a product called Articulate and this converts PP to Flash type shows and the viewer does not have to download anything. The presentations are up and running for viewer in about 5 seconds.
