Can anyone help me?
I have just bought a HP officejet 6210 all in one printer but when i try to put the program on my PC the installation hangs.
It gets to the point just after "setting recovery point" "preparing to install (step 2/4)" and just stops.
I have spoken to the HP service centre people who have instructed me to update chipset drivers, update windows files and loads of other stuff but the same thing happens.
My OS is windows ME, can anyone tell me what the problem could be?
If not i'm gonna have to send the printer back and since my old one is knackered i have no way of working (i work from home)

Had just about enough of it. 6 days on the phone to HP trying to get it to work. Just hope i can get my money back from amazon. Gonna buy a Cannon if i get my cash back.
