Best freeware CD/DVD burner?

Hi,

I recently had to reinstall win xp home on my computer, but I didn't install the recovery programs that the computer came with (I don't want the spyware or other junk that came preinstalled with my computer). I just installed from scratch. but now, I'm left without a CD/DVD burning program that work well. I had been using deepburner (freeware), but it seems only to support multisession CDs, and not DVDs. I had tried a few times to make a multisession DVD, but it always shows that there is no room to write more. (although only 400 mb written to the dvd)

I know that the dvd can be appended as I brought it to another computer with RecordNow and it was able to add more data.

Is there any good freeware programs that can burn multisession DVDs?
