Dreamcast emulator (chankast)

Hi guys,
Can anyone tell me if their is a way to make games run faster on the latest chankast emulator. Because when i run games they run at 30fps and slow down the game. But during the replay the games run at 60fps. So this tells me that its not a performance issue.
