videocamera can't connect to xp
[I first posted this in operating sys but I thnk it should be here in software (?/)]
I purchased an Elura 60 (Canon) w/software. I loaded the software properly and eventually got the the computer to recognize the photo card - the camera does both video and still photos- but it will not regonize the video camera. I get a message saying that the camera is not attached. I know there must be a problem that has a patch (?) or something because I am going step by step and it just won't work!!!!!Help. This is driving me crazy.
