Updatable enterprise screensaver

I am looking for some kind of program to create a screensaver that is updatable via a network drive. The purpose of this screensaver would be to provide people in my company with up to date inter-office news. So the screensaver does not have to be elaborate, but it would be nice if it could update itself every hour or so. Preferably, the updated screensaver would be stored on a network drive accessible to all the company personnel. As of yet, I cannot find any application to meet my needs. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

For this purpose you can use the Online News Screensaver

This is a screensaver that can read information from an RSS feed or other sources, even from a free formatted text (simply HTML).

To create a source file you can use a Notepad or some kind of a HTML editors.
