I am having problems with Mocrosoft Outlook. When I click on "New" on the tool bar I recieve a message: "The instruction at 0x3a444965 referenced memory at 0x5f8524f0. The memory could not be read." I do not know how to proceed and require assistance. Please help..!!
Thanks,

I would go to control panel > add and remove programs > windows components > repair outlook. I can find no reference to that error message.

I'm having the same problem...that is, the
same error message, but I get it whenever I
try to invoke display procedures. For example,
the screen saver comes on and screen hibernates.
When I hit space bar, I get the error sound and
(when the screen comes back) there's an error
message (somewhat paraphrased!)
Instruction0x00b8935d could not be processed
at memory 0x00cf0008 could not be "read."
This problem is ruining my PC! I can't capture
video, which was the whole point of my upgrading
to XP and a 2.4 GHz chip.
Anybody know what is going on? Thanks!

The general causes of these types of errors could be: corrupt page file, bad ram, bad driver. Remedies: install service packs, replace ram, replace drivers, and/or reinstall OS. Look here for more info.
