PSA Cards 3.6 question

Anyone has the PSA Cards 3.6 installation diskettes from PSA Software which isn't in business anymore? I need to know what is the file name extension of the file in disk 2 of PSA Cards 3.6. I renamed the file and now I forgot the
original name. Thank you
