MS OUTLOOK grammar checks

hi

i have been having problems with outlook

i want to be able to check both spelling and grammar when wrting a email and also be abel to add one of my signitures at the bottom

to check the grammar i need to make outlook write the email in word but this does not let me enter my signatures!!

i cant find the option for grammar checks in out look

is there a way of doing this
