Windows XP Icons
Does anybody know of a program (free) that will convert pictures to icons in Windows XP. Icofolder is excellent but does not work in XP.


Also how do I add my own Avaitar?

I can't vouch for them as I haven't used them.

I'm pretty sure you have to pm a mod or the admin for the avatar.[if you are referring to on this forum]
