ping is not a valid win32 application?

hello ...
i am a newly person t this forum and i just want to ask about WIN32 ...

when i press Win+Run and type "ping 192.168.0.20" this messsge appears
(ping is not a valid win32 application)
or when i run the CMD command

please help me with this ...
