Lotus Organizer sync help

Im new to Lotus, and I know that I can merge files and all that, but Im worried about some duplicate entries I have. I worked on different computers over a period of time, and synchronized with different mobile devices and have many duplicate entries, but with some updated on later dates than others.
Is there a way so that I can set lotus to merge these files and take the last modified entry to overwrite other duplicate entries?
