Autosave , MS Word 2000

(First: I'm german , sorry for my English)

At Excel there is an Option that allows to activate Autosave after a determined time.
Now I want to know if there is a possibility to activate this or a similar Option at Microsoft Word too?

If there is a way to do this please tell me how!
