Handset Manager V9.5 Problems

Could somebody please help me with the following problem:

I am using Handset Manager V9.5 along with my USB Cable to transfer messages from Nokia 6230i to the PC (between the mobile and the PC)

I have spent the last few days trying to figure out if it possible to transfer the messages from the Personal Message Folder onto a different PC or memory stick.

I realise that every single message can be saved individually, but I have few thousand messages saved in my Personal Message Folder, therefore it would take a very long time to do that.

The problem is that when I select more than two messages at a time, I am unable to save them, because the Save As button is no longer highlighted (on the other hand it is highlighted when I am saving only one message at a time).


Is there anything I can do to get around this?

I tried to find the root folder and copy the messages from there, but I was unable to find it.

Any help at all will be greatly appreciated.

Hey James,

saving only one message at a time shows the limitation of the software (and you could even sent developer or the company an email and tell them about it)......I have been using free software called "bitpim" and I have had no problem what so ever (since I don't have Nokia phone I can't tell it it will work for you or not) but I suggest downloading the free software and give it a try, it might solve your problem.

I tried BitPim.

It does not seem to work with Nokias.
