MS Paint

I have seem to somehow lose MS paint. I cant find it anywhere...does anyone know where to dwnld it from? (hoping free)

See if it's checked off here...
Start/control panel/add-remove programs/on the left add-remove windows components/highlight accessories & utilities/then click details button/accessories[again]/details[again] and scroll down and ensure paint is checked.
