Help: web page

Please help me with this.
I want to know how can i change the design of my web page. I`ve heard of Front Page, i dont know if it is right. If it is, where can i download it?

Hi;
Frontpage is a good WYSIWYG editor and very good for beginners but if possible get Macromedia Dreamweaver. None of these you can download for free (unless its a trial) but they both will probably cost £150+ each.

Frontpage is quite easy to use. How sophisticated is the web page you are trying to create?
