Anyone knows of a good voice editing program, where for example I can record my voice and change it into a robotic voice or something like that?

Well, after recording the speech you could use a program like Audacity http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ With that you can change lots of stuff, the only thing that would be interesting for you would be pitch speed and equilizer changes making you voice sound like opposite gender or just weird, but its not desinged for voice modding, so a robot effect there is not :P
