Any News On MS Anti-Spyware Beta Program?

Guys,

As most know who have installed this software. (very good IMHO) it's a Beta Version and is set to expire on December 31. What are the latest issues with regards to a new release? Do you think that it will be out of Beta by January 1, 2006? Hopefully, MS will release a new version and keep it free. Amazingly, this really is an EXCELLENT program!
