Partition help

Alright, so here's the deal. My old computer went belly-up, and I just finished starting up my new machine. I got all my drivers loaded, internet, etc. I loaded in one of my hard drives from the old machine that had a lot of my important files on it... No problem, right? Well, that hard drive had been partitioned on the old machine, and now it only boots the first partition it had when I boot my new machine. There were atleast 3 other partitions on there, and while it recognizes that the space is filled, it is impossible for me to access the files that were on those other partitions.

What can I do to unlock those partitions? I need those files. >_< Please help!
