Is it possible to find what causes my software to crash?

Hi. I use Sage accounting software, and it all used to work fine. But then suddenly it started to crash every time I launched the "CashFlow" option (which normally opens a new window for doing your cashflow). When it crashed the Sage program just closes - no error appears.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software but no luck.

Is there any way of indentifying what is going wrong? Any way of checking log files or something of the sort?

Thanks for any tips.
Philip

Do you have a popup stopper installed? Sometimes they get carried away and stop any additonal program windows from opening.

Usually pressing either the Shift key or the Ctrl key when clicking on whatever opens the new window will bypass a popup stopper or you can just disable it to determine if it's the culprit.
