AOL Internet Crashes

My sister has a dial-up AOL Internet connection that crashes
all of the time. The computer doesn't shut down but the
AOL line keeps crashing on her. She can't look anything up
or do anything ... as soon as she starts to search, etc it
just kicks out of the internet .... any suggestions?

Hi, I had that same problem before, when I had AOL. Anyway I fixed mine by changing to a different dial-up number. Usually that might work. If that doesn't fix the problem I think it could be your phone line. If the problem doesn't work by changing to a different dial up number, before thinking its your phone line, give AOL a call, here is a link. http://www.corp.aol.com/help247/index.shtml

Then I would after that see what they think.

it's the reason why i quit AOL years ago. but then AOL was the fastest connection back them years. Now I'm on cable which is blazing thru everything.
