Firewall blocks OE and Internet

Greetings to all!
I'm running Symantec Client Firewall 2004. Not sure exactly when this problem began, but I cannot run OE or bring up a URL(Cannot display the page, etc.)...unless I disable the Symantec Client Firewall.

Both Antivirus and the Firewall are up to date (as per LiveUpdate). I would appreciate any suggestions. It's not a world-ender, but sure is annoying. Otherwise Norton appears to work fine.

I'm not all that sure on this one....... but it sounds like you may have your firewall settings a bit high.

When the Firewall is set to even the LOW setting, the results, i.e., OE and Internet blocked, are the same. Internet Access for each program is also set to Automatic in Firewall configuration.

hmm, I'm not sure on this one, I know someone on these forums will know though.
