lock the bios tool

hello.
i am looking for a programme that locks the bios after a period of time.( like time trial).
i don't want to lock the windows.
i want to lock the pc after a periode of time and not allow the user to format the hard drive and boot a operating system.
Imagine that you have a computer running windows XP (or other OS). After a periode of 30 days i want the pc to lock it self and not allowing the user to boot any operating system or trying to format the hard drive.

Can you help me?

Not heard of a tool to do that, but you could password the BIOS, and not allow booting from CD. That way you need the password before you can choose to boot from CD. Thought about doing that to my own, before my bf started to distribute an admin CD that allows u to reset passwords for Win XP.

the only way i can think of for you to do this is to put a password on the bios and tell it to lock the system. that way as you boot up your machine you will be prompted for a password... BUT, you cant set it to lock after a period of 30 days, it is instant.

If you do this make sure you keep the password in a safe place beacuse if you lose it you will have to reset the Bios.
