Uninstalling Maxis SimAnt

I'm trying to uninstall the program Simant, but whenever I click on the Uninstall Icon in the Start Menu. I get a message telling me that "Windows cannot open the file DeIsl2.isu." Using the given option to search for what opens the file, I find that I must use InstallShield, I do not know where InstallShield is located, and after reinserting the disc, the program only makes the attempt to install it again. It is not listed in the "Add/Remove Programs" list in the Control Panel either.

If I choose "Select the program from a list," the only recommended program is 7-Zip File Manager and under "Other" are Adobe Reader; IE; Microsoft Excel, Document Imaging, Powerpoint, and Word; Notepad; Paint; Windows Media Player; Windows Picture and Fax Viewer; WordPad; and Zone Labs Client.

If there is a location to InstallShield, what is it, and will it run the .isu file?
