norton Anti-Virus blank screen

im having problems with my norton anti virus. i wanted to scan my full system so i start it. Yes the program window appear but there's nothing on it. It turns blank. I tried re-installing it for several times but it is still the same. I thought there might be adware or spyware so i scan with ad-aware and spy bot and i've removed them. I tried installing norton again but it's still the same. What's wrong? Screen Shot

it may be a virus that is disabling your Norton, try one of the free online scans,

Trendmicro link

PandaActivescan link

or it may be a corrupt windows file, to fix this place your XP (assuming you are using XP) CD in the cd-rom drive, go to start > run and type in sfc /scannow (note the space between c and the /)

This will replace any corrupted windows files.
