Uninstalling McAfee Firewall

I've for a friend that can't seem to uninstall McAfee Firewall from her pc.
She has already gone to the Control Panel.
I suggested for her to to C Drive and find McAfee Folder and delete it out.
But is there another way to make sure it is off of her pc all together?

Here's McAfee's instructions for manual removal of the firewall. This is for WIN98/ME but there is probably directions for other Operating Systems thereabouts.
